WHAT WE DO
We help veterans, families, and survivors organize their existing records, build clear and accurate timelines, summarize exposure events, and identify documentation gaps. Our work results in structured, easy-to-understand evidence packages that can be shared with accredited representatives, attorneys, medical providers, or other qualified professionals.

WHAT WE DON'T DO
AI VETS does not file VA claims on a client’s behalf or represent clients before the Department of Veterans Affairs. We do not act as attorneys, accredited VA representatives, or medical professionals, and we do not provide legal or medical advice. We do not retrieve military, VA, or civilian records on a client’s behalf, submit documents directly to the VA for clients, or guarantee claim approvals, benefit awards, disability ratings, or processing timelines. We do not influence or control VA decisions in any way. All decisions regarding claims, benefits, appeals, and determinations are made solely by the Department of Veterans Affairs or other appropriate authorities.
SECURITY & PRIVACY
We understand that military and medical records are deeply personal. AI VETS does not collect or store sensitive documents through website upload forms. After initial contact, we provide clear, step-by-step guidance for sharing records only when necessary, using limited-access and privacy-conscious methods. We request only information that is relevant to the requested services and treat all records with care, discretion, and respect.
